A week has passed and I'm not fit yet. This is taking longer than I had planned. I did not lose as much weight as I had hoped, despite working out 0.14 times a day.
Check this out, people who also want to lose a significant amount of weight: you can lose ten pounds a month. Can't you? I mean, ten pounds a month is like 2.5 a week. Surely we can do that, right? And that ends up being 120 pounds gone in a year without any craziness; only ten pounds a month.
I can tell you right now that I would like to be 195 pounds this year. And since it's my year I'm going to do it. At ten pounds a month, I would reach my goal in about 5 1/2 months. Imagine that, losing a small child's worth of weight that quickly.
My wife Dayna is putting me to shame. This week she's been getting up at 5:30 am to go to Gold's Gym and then has the audacity to actually work out that early.
If anyone has any killer fat burning exercises that have worked for them-- not one that you've just read about-- go ahead and post them either on this site or on the much more popular facebook group.

You definitely MUST check out the "body for life" program. it's really intense but the exercises really work. the program is about 3 months but the results are fascinating.
